• Genel olarak veterinerler fiyat odaklı çalışıyolar insanın yüzüne bile bakmıyorlar dertleri para olmuş ama bu işletme öyle değil güler yüzlüler herşeyle ilgileniyorlar sağolsunlar yavru köpeğimin karma aşıları yaptırıyorum gayet memnunum ve fiyatları uygun hediye oyuncak bile verdiler kulak temizliği göz temizliği ücretle yapılıyor normalde birçok yere gittim en memnun kaldığım klinik burası köpeğimize işlem yapmadan önce detaylı bi şekilde herşeyide anlatıp tavsiyede bulunuyorlar bilgisi olmayan yeni hayvan sahiplenenler için büyük bi avantaj ve bilgi oluyor tavsiye ederim 🙏 (Translated by Google) Generally, veterinarians are price-focused, they don't even look at you, their only concern is money, but this clinic is different. They are friendly and attentive to everything. I'm very happy with my puppy's vaccinations, and the prices are reasonable. They even gave a free toy. Ear and eye cleaning are done for a fee. I've been to many places, but this is the clinic I've been most satisfied with. Before doing any procedures on our dog, they explain everything in detail and offer advice. This is a great advantage and provides valuable information for new pet owners who lack knowledge. I highly recommend them 🙏

(Translated by Google) My cat had diarrhea, and because she has long fur, it spread everywhere. Unfortunately, she's a very aggressive cat, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't clean her at home. Pet groomers refused to help, leaving me desperate. I initially explained the situation over the phone, feeling hopeless, and they said they would try to help. I'm so grateful; Mr. Ali, Ms. Sude, and Mr. Olcay literally saved my day. They approached me with great patience and compassion. From now on, I will be going to Zootopia for both of my cats.

3 kedimiz var, hepsinin tüm sorunlarımızda her an yanımızda oldular. (Translated by Google) We met Ms. Zeynep and Mr. Olcay 3 years ago. We have 3 cats, and they have been there for us every step of the way with all our problems. They are very caring, their clinic is very clean, and they are both very knowledgeable and wonderful people. Then we found 4 kittens that were still in the weaning stage. If it weren't for Ms. Zeynep and Mr. Olcay, it would have been impossible to save those 4 kittens. They were so caring, I am so grateful. They are wonderful people who know their job and do it with love. Ali and Emirhan also love their work very much. You can entrust your pet to them with confidence. Much love to the whole team.

Finding that level of care on the Anatolian side was very difficult, and Olcay and Zootopia more than met our veterinary needs. They are both very friendly and very attentive. We can reach them 24/7 for support. We feel that Olcay and her team truly love animals. They act according to the needs of our furry friends without any need to sell anything. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, which we found through Google.

• 1 yıldır kedimi Olcay Beye ve eşi hanimefendiye takip ettiriyorum. Çok ama çok memnunum. 3 gün önce kısırlaştırma ameliyatı yaptılar kedime. Tam 3 gün yoğun bakım ünitesinde tuttular kedimi. Bu normal prosedürleriymiş. 3 gün kedimiz emin ellerdeydi. Icimiz cok rahat etti. (Translated by Google) I have been having my cat monitored by Mr. Olcay and his wife for a year now. I am very, very satisfied. Three days ago, they performed a spaying operation on my cat. They kept my cat in the intensive care unit for three full days. Apparently, this is their normal procedure. For three days, our cat was in safe hands. We felt very relieved. We also have a dog in our village in Yalova. We had him operated on last summer as well. The vet there discharged the animal on the same day we had the operation, giving it to us to hold. That day was very difficult for us. We didn't know what to do. Seeing this there made the care provided by Mr. Olcay and his team much more beneficial to us. We would like to thank our veterinarians and their assistants for their care, friendliness, and expertise.

(Translated by Google) My acquaintance with Olcay dates back to the early days of Zootopia's opening. My son was only two months old when he arrived at our home. My first priority was urgently finding a veterinarian. I visited a few places, but for some reason, something didn't feel right. Then, because it was very close to my house, I went to Zootopia. A very young person was sitting in front of the door. Smiling, with a kind heart reflected in their face. I thought, "This is a good person above all else." Then we chatted a bit, I asked the questions I had in mind, and the answers I received satisfied me. I immediately took my baby there and we started his first vaccinations. Then I met my sweet Zeynep. Both veterinarians are experts in their field and complement each other. And that's how it all started; now I can't leave. Why? Because I also care for many stray animals, and whenever they get sick, Zootopia is the first place I go. They support me and my furry friends in every way, both financially and emotionally. But we shouldn't forget this: if they didn't make money, they would close, and there wouldn't be good veterinarians serving us. Every service in this life has a price. They're already doing their best. Their humanity comes before commercial concerns. That's what matters. I think they deserve every penny they earn. I'm so glad you're here, young people. You've become my siblings and family. Zeynep, Olcay, Ali, and Emirhan, may you always be there.

• Bu akşam ilk kez ziyaret ettim. Bu yakaya yeni taşındık. Köpeğimin karma aşısı için gittik. Yorumlara bakarak tercıh etmıstım zaten. Çok ilgililerdi. Önce köpeğimin ateşine baktılar, sonra aşısını uyguladılar. köpeğimin gözünde ufak bi çapak vardı onu görüp hemen sildiler. Fazla uğraşmadan bu yakadaki veterınerımı buldum 🥰 (Translated by Google) I visited them for the first time this evening. We recently moved to this area. We went for my dog's combination vaccine. I had already chosen them based on the reviews. They were very attentive. First, they checked my dog's temperature, then they administered the vaccine. There was a small discharge in my dog's eye, and they noticed it and cleaned it immediately. I found my vet in this area without much hassle 🥰

This afternoon, we called a clinic in Sancaktepe (I won't mention the name, of course)... We felt our cat was having trouble giving birth... We decided to send a video of her and bring her in, but... "Sorry, bring her to the clinic, they said we don't do phone or video examinations." I won't comment... What a shame! Thank you so much... for the care and attention you show me in your profession, and for how honestly and properly you perform it.
